Our friendly staff commit that your stay is absolutely enjoyable and comfortable. Within the following pages are some helpful documents with regard to your tour such as Sena cruises itineraries, activities, safety instruction on board, accommodation information and so on. If you need any further assistance in terms of your stay, please do not hesitate to contact our crew at anytime.

The Sena management team kindly requests guests to read the following rules and requirements in order to ensure the smooth run of the cruise, guest's health and safety onboard. The Management have the right to end any guest's stay if he/ she contravenes the regulations.
General rules
- The following items are not permitted on board:
- Weapons, toxic materials, explosives or flammable items, drugs, narcotics
- Pets - Please ensure your cabin is locked and leave the key at the reception whenever you disembark
- All personal valuables can be stored in the safety box at the reception. The Sena manager, staff and crew cannot be liable for any loss of property which is not securely deposited
- Cooking, washing or ironing in the cabins is not permitted
- Guests are financially liable for loss or damage of any the Sena Cruises 's property or equipment
- Smoking on board is strictly forbidden. NB: there is a designed smoking area on the sun deck.
- Daily check out time is 09.30 am
- Health and Safety
- To ensure your safety and to give you peace of mind, The Sena Cruises is fully equipped with all the essential equipment complying with international safety standards and requirements.
- On board we have:
- 60 life vests
- 40 life bouys
- 4 lifeboats
- In case of fire there are 4 fire hoses and 14 fire extinguishers in the public areas and 1 extinguisher per cabin
- Radar
- Automated alarm system with speakers throughout the vessel
As part of our introduction to life on board we will give you a short talk on our health and safety procedures
- No smoking except at terrace and sundeck only. No smoking while on tender.
- No diving from any part of the Junk such as balconies, decks,...
- Please inform us of any allergy and dietary requirements in advance of cruising.
- Please inform us of any other services/ facilities in relation to your health advised by doctors.
- NO BRINGING food cooked from outside onboard.
- NO DRINKING from tab water directly. It's for externally used only.
- NO USING any electrical appliances which exceeds 220 volts.
- NO STANDING while tender is moving. NO JUMPING OUT from tender.
- NO SWIMMING on bay in case not be permitted.
- Please wear proper shoes and sandals for steps climbing excursion i.e cave visiting, beach and kayaking activities.
- Please be careful with a hidden shell, shellfish on the beach.
- Do not swim too far at the deep water. As the depth of water could be varied and unnoticed.
- Please do wear a life jacket provided when doing any kayaking activity.
- Please follow the route, as our sailors lead when kayaking.
